Youssou Ndour is urging Africa to do more for victims of drought in the Horn of Africa. He made the appeal after visiting Dadaab – Africa’s largest refugee camp – in eastern Kenya which is home to some 400-thousand Somalis who fled their homes.
According to the UN, some 750,000 people face starvation in the Horn of Africa. Ndour is a goodwill ambassador for the UN agency for children.
